We are extremely conscious of the privacy of our customers. No information about our customers is shared with any third party or used in any way without the prior consent of the customer.

Shipment

All orders are shipped within twenty-four hours of being received. Customers are charged a flat shipping change no matter how far away they live or many products they purchase. At this time, we ship in the U.S.A. only. Once the order is placed, please allow up to seven business days for your order to arrive.

Payment Processing

Your payment transactions are secure with us. All payments are processed through Google Checkout, one of the largest providers of shopping cart services in the U.S. They handle third party payment for literally thousands of websites on the Internet. To enhance your security, Back-to-Health does not handle or store any of your credit card information. Currently accepted credit cards include Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover as well as debit cards. And ....... we don't change extra for handling your order.

Product Return and Refund

Products may be returned if the product arrived in damaged condition, or there was a defect in manufacture. If either of these situations occurs, email us describing the problem and the number of bottles affected. By return email we will authorize the return of the bottles, and give you return instructions. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will provide a full refund through the purchasing credit card.
